Jean B. Chapman International Student Scholarship Fund

This scholarship is awarded to a student who meets the following criteria:
*International Students – Awarded to a full-time Harper College student with a 3.5 GPA or higher
*Student must have a valid and current I-20 form (Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1) Student Status) and have maintained legal F1 status (an F1 visa is a nonimmigrant visa for those wishing to study in the U.S.) since beginning coursework at Harper College.
*Student must have completed a minimum of twenty-four (24) credit hours in the last two (2) consecutive semesters
*Must obtain two letters of recommendation from Harper faculty or staff members
*Provide an unofficial Harper College Transcript showing coursework for previous school year
*Submit a 350 word essay describing educational and career goals and the influence or impact studying in the U.S. has had on these goals
