Jeffrey Przybylo Endowed Speech Team Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student who meets the following criteria:
*Awarded to a Harper College Speech student.

*If Speech Team becomes inactive, award should be given to a second-year student with a declared major in speech/communication education.
