Tichy Family Second Chance Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student who meets the following criteria:

• Student should have an overall GPA of 1.90 to 2.99
• Student should be degree seeking with the intention to transfer to a four-year institution.
• Student must have previously attempted a degree or certificate program at a two-year or four-year institution and did not complete their program.
• Preference is given to those who left the program due to academic dismissal/ probation.
• Brief essay required to explain the circumstances of the first college experience, as well as the student’s future educational plan.
