William Simpson Memorial/Wheeling Rotary Scholarship for LCC

This scholarship is awarded to a student who meets the following criteria:
*Awarded to a student who is currently enrolled or plans to enroll in at least one course at the Harper College Learning and Career Center.
*Student must maintain a 2.5 GPA
*Must reside in Wheeling or Prospect Heights
