Drs. Robert H. and C. Jayne Wilcox Otter Chemistry Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student who meets the following criteria:

• Awarded to a current student who has completed or is in the process of completing at least one chemistry class (excluding Independent Research) at Harper College.
• *Students must have an overall grade point average at Harper College of at least 2.0
• *Submit one letter of recommendation from a Harper College Department of Chemistry faculty member.
• The scholarship may not be awarded to a student who has previously been awarded this scholarship.

• The spirit of the scholarship is to provide incentive to students who are not necessarily the best performers so that they will continue to strive for excellence in their academic studies.
• The scholarship was created to acknowledge a scholar as a person who enjoys learning for learning’s sake, exhibits integrity, and is willing to make sacrifices in pursuit of an education.
