- Were you referred to this scholarship by one of the following agencies: WINGS, Kenneth Young Center, HEC/POC, Children's Advocacy Center, Harper College or another partner organization?
- Applicants that have a reference letter from: the Palatine Opportunity Center, the Hoffman Estates Opportunity Center, WINGS, Kenneth Young Center, Children's Advocacy Center, or a Harper College faculty member will have preference over other applicants.
- If you are chosen to interview for the scholarship, please keep in mind that interviews are going to be held on Wednesday, July 15 and Thursday, July 16.
