Joann Powell Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is awarded to a student who meets the following criteria:
*Awarded to a first-generation college student
*Student must be planning to obtain a Certificate, Associate’s Degree, OR coursework to transfer to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree
