Our Opportunities

We are currently accepting Donor Sponsored Scholarship applications for the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters.

Step 1: Complete the General Application
First time users, click the ‘Sign Up’ to create an account with your Harper email. You must have a current application on file with Harper College and a program of study declared to apply for scholarships. Once you are in the system, submit a General Application. You will be automatically considered for all scholarships for which you meet the basic criteria.

Step 2: Check Opportunities for Additional Requirements
Check under ‘Opportunities’ and ’Ours" for other scholarships. Completing this step is critical as some scholarships have additional criteria and there are questions for you to answer before you can be considered for the scholarship.

Dates to Keep in Mind

  • March 1: A new scholarship cycle opens for the following Fall and Spring semester
  • April 27: Preference is given to current Harper students who applied by this date
  • July 1: Preference is given to new Harper students who applied by this date
  • November 2: Preference is given to Harper students who applied by this date for scholarships that award for the Spring semester

If you receive a Donor Sponsored Scholarship, you will be asked to attend a Scholarship Orientation, write thank you notes and attend the Realizing Dreams Brunch.

If you have questions, please contact the OneStop at onestop@harpercollege.edu or 847.925.6710.
